I've got several daily challenges. Every day I will...
- Do one exercise thing. This can be somethings simple like walking to or from work (1.7 miles) or taking the dog on an extra long walk. Or it will be actually working out. I just want to stay active.
- Make one healthy eating choice. Some ideas are.. drink only water, get a full serving of fruits and vegetables, and eat an adequate/healthy breakfast.
- Do one thing for my brain. Play soduku, read a quality book, do some logic problems, etc.
- Get one thing accomplished. Clean the bathroom, do laundry, clean and paint the shelving unit I found at Goodwill a few months ago. Something along those lines.
- Twice a week I will go out and do something that I enjoy. Go to an art show I've been looking forward to, go ice skating, or to a new exhibit at a museum.
So... It's time to go to bed since I need to be up in 6 hours.
